PT Nira Lestari Internasional adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan dan pemasaran produk pertanian organik, khususnya gula kelapa organik (gula semut). Berawal dari semangat para perempuan petani di Dusun Semen, Magelang, perusahaan ini tumbuh dari komunitas lokal menuju pasar global.
Perjalanan kami dimulai dari Kelompok Wanita Tani Nira Lestari, yang kemudian berkembang menjadi Koperasi Wanita Tani pada tahun 2017. Inovasi dimulai saat harga gula batok anjlok pada 2013, yang mendorong kami beralih ke produksi gula semut. Melalui sistem koperasi berkeadilan, kami memastikan petani mendapatkan pelatihan, pendampingan, dan pembagian hasil yang adil
Pada tahun 2022, koperasi ini berkembang menjadi PT Nira Lestari Internasional dan mulai membangun jalur ekspor secara mandiri. Kami mengekspor produk dengan merek Golden Nira ke berbagai negara, termasuk Malaysia, Singapura, Korea Selatan, dan Canada
Didukung oleh lebih dari 300 tenaga produksi dan 15 staf kantor, kami memproduksi gula kelapa organik bersertifikasi HACCP, Organik SNI, dan tengah dalam proses sertifikasi Organik EU dan USDA. Komitmen kami adalah menghadirkan produk sehat, alami,aman, dan berkelanjutan, langsung dari petani lokal Indonesia untuk dunia.
Our journey began with a local women’s farming group in Magelang, passionate about processing Indonesia’s natural resources. From these humble beginnings, PT Nira Lestari International has now grown into a globally recognized exporter. Our high-quality flagship products, such as coconut sugar and virgin coconut oil (VCO), have successfully penetrated various markets across Asia and Europe, bringing the authentic taste of Indonesia to the world.
Behind our business growth lies a foundational mission: we are more than just a company. We are fully committed to empowering rural women, supporting sustainable agricultural practices, and upholding the principles of fair trade. Close collaboration with our community is the lifeblood of every step we take as we move forward together.
Our goal is to share Indonesia’s natural wealth while creating a lasting impact. Through every product we create, we strive to deliver a tangible positive effect, both by empowering our local community in Magelang and by introducing the best of Indonesian quality on the global stage.
THE FOUNDER'S STORY
Our story was born in Magelang from a simple belief: in the incredible potential of the women in my community and the natural wealth of coconuts around us. I saw an opportunity to unite these two forces, not just to create a product, but to build collective well-being and independence. This was the initial spark that set us in motion.
So, we formed a women’s farming group that held firmly to the principles of fairness, sustainability, and quality. With a focus on producing the best coconut sugar and virgin coconut oil (VCO), this collective spirit grew until we finally formalized it into PT Nira Lestari International, as a vessel for our bigger dreams.
It is a great source of pride to see the products we pioneered from our village now enjoyed in markets across Asia and Europe. However, our greatest success is seeing the tangible impact of empowerment in our local community. This journey is proof that a business run with a conscience can go global, and this mission to create a positive impact is one we will continue to hold firmly.
