Ella Rizki Farihatul is an entrepreneur, export practitioner, and rural-based MSME empowerment consultant with over 7 years of experience in business, export, and community development. She currently serves as the CEO of an export-oriented organic coconut sugar business and is actively involved as a mentor for MSMEs and government programs.
With an academic background in science up to a master’s degree and as a Ph.D. candidate, Ella focuses on developing agricultural MSMEs, empowering farmers and rural women, and building sustainable businesses aligned with SDG principles. She is also known as a mentor in entrepreneurship, personal branding for entrepreneurs, women’s leadership, and human capital development through scholarship pathways.
As a founder, Ella brings a vision of building a business that not only grows economically but also creates real social impact for rural communities and the younger generation.
